Health Examination for Laborers

Health Examination Services:

Health examination services are scheduled for 8:30-10:30 and 3:30-15:30, Monday through Friday. Services are available by appointment registration only.

Examination Results:

A report of examination results will be available to applicants in ten days (including national holidays).

Notes:

1. Please bring your national health insurance card (passport or alien resident certificate in case of foreign nationals) along with one 1- or 2-inch personal photo on the day of the examination.

2. The applicant should fast (excluding water) for 8-12 hours before the examination.

Examination Items and Fees:

Physical and Health Examinations:

1. Investigation of occupational experience, personal health history, living habits, and self-perceived symptoms

2. Height, weight, hearing, vision, color discrimination, blood pressure, pulse, waist circumference, and physician-administered tests

3. Routine urine tests

4. Chest X-ray

5. Hb (hemoglobin), WBC (white blood cell count), AC sugar (fasting blood glucose), Cholesterol (cholesterol), TG (triglyceride), HDL (high density lipoprotein), LDL (low density lipoprotein), Creatinine (muscle Acid anhydride), GPT (liver function)
