(The health examination for civil servants aged over 40 will be charged NT$4,500, starting from January 1, 2022.)

Health examinations for civil servants over the age of 40 will be conducted with a daily quota of five applicants. Services are available by appointment registration only.

Examination Check-in Times:

8:13am to 09:00am Monday through Friday

Examination Schedule:

9:00am to 12:00pm Monday through Friday

Examination Procedures:

With a limited daily quota, please register in advance for an appointment (registration for initial and follow-up visits to fill in the quota within five weeks before the examination). On the day of examination, you must check in and pay in cash NT$ 4,500 at Counter No. 16 of the referral center before you visit the physical examination counter on the second floor.
