- Health Examination for Foreign Nationals Employed as Foreign Language Educators
- Health Examination for Migrant Workers, including an examination completed within 3 days after entry into the country, regular checkups (6, 18 and 30 months) and supplementary health checkups
- Health Examination for Foreign Nationals Applying for Stay or Residence, Marriage, or Study in Taiwan

Appointment Registration and Check-in for Health Examination:
Health examination services are available between the hours of 8:30-10:30 and 13:10-15:30, Monday through Friday. Services are scheduled by appointment registration only.
Examination Results:
A report of examination results will be available to applicants in ten workdays (excluding national holidays) upon completion of all tests in the examination service.

Notes:
1. The applicant should bring the original documents with a uniform number (resident certificates, or entry and exit permits) or passports, and one 2-inch personal photo taken within three months before the examination or applications will not be processed.
2. Please wear light clothing on the day of the examination. No fasting is required.
3. If pregnant or in doubt, please inform the medical staff in advance. Pregnant women should bring the original Maternal Health Booklet along with a photocopy on the day of the examination.
4. If you have a certificate of vaccination against measles and rubella, you must present the original document along with a photocopy for reference on the day of the examination.
5. Children under age six are exempt from health examinations for foreign nationals. However, a complete vaccination certificate should be submitted for future reference.
6. If you require a urine or feces examination, you shall collect and submit samples under the instruction of the designated medical staffer in the hospital.
7. According to regulations, health examinations for foreign nationals shall be administered in the company of a designated medical staffer throughout the process. The staffer will confirm the completion of the examination.
