Health Examination for Students

Purpose of Service:

Health examination for students is intended to enable school students to better understand their health conditions and be fully prepared before employment.

Applicants:

School students (excluding freshman undergraduate students and first-year graduate students from NCKU)

Appointment Registration and Check-in for Health Examination:

Health examination services are available between the hours of 8:30-10:30 and 13:10-15:30, Monday through Friday. Services are scheduled by appointment registration only.

Examination Results:

A report of examination results will be available to applicants in ten days (excluding national holidays).

Notes:

1. Please bring your national ID card or national health insurance card (passport or alien resident certificate in case of foreign nationals) along with one 1- or 2-inch personal photo on the day of the examination.

2. The applicant should fast (excluding water) for 8-12 hours before the examination.
