Health Examination for Catering Professionals

Appointment Registration and Check-in for Health Examination:

Health examination services are available between the hours of 8:30-10:30 and 13:10-15:30, Monday through Friday. Services are scheduled by appointment registration only.

Examination Results:

A report of examination results will be available to applicants in ten days (excluding national holidays).

Notes:

1. Please bring your national ID card or national health insurance card (passport or alien resident certificate in case of foreign nationals) along with one 1- or 2-inch personal photo on the day of the examination.

2. The applicant should fast (excluding water) for 8-12 hours before the examination.

Height, weight, hearing, vision, color discrimination, blood pressure, pulse, waist circumference, physician physical examination, routine urine examination, chest X-ray photography, Hb (hemoglobin), WBC (white blood cell count), AC sugar (fasting blood glucose), Cholesterol (cholesterol), TG (triglycerides), HDL (high density lipoprotein), LDL (low density lipoprotein), Creatinine (creatinine), GPT (liver function), HAV-IgM (hepatitis A antibody)
