Health Examination for Motor Vehicle Drivers (Including Drone Pilots)
Appointment Registration and Check-in for Health Examination:
Health examination services are available between the hours of 1:30pm-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Services are scheduled by appointment only in the following manners:
1. Online registration (http://www.hosp.ncku.edu.tw)
Department category: The Department of Family Medicine for Health Examination.
2. Telephone registration: 06-2353333, 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
3. Telephone voice registration: 06-2766111 (both initial and follow-up visits).

Examination Results:
Examination results will be available to all applicants on the day of examination except for those aged over 60, who will receive the report in ten days after the examination (including weekends).

Please bring your national health insurance card and national ID card (or alien resident certificate) along with one 1-inch personal photo on the day of the examination.
